One unique thing about QRY is that it has been fully remote since its inception! The rationale for this is that diversity of geography helps create diversity of perspective, and the different viewpoints we bring help us better serve our clients. The culture here is people-first, and that's reflected in the benefits package, including unlimited PTO, lots of holidays, wellness stipends, full medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401k, and company retreats that are super fun and you won't want to miss. Everyone here is smart, kind, and passionate about marketing. It's a small company full of thought leaders who are constantly innovating and being celebrated for their achievements.
