The "LARGEST" minority-owned law firm with very, very few minority associates (if any). The place is a revolving door. You aren't compensated for your hard work. No matter how many hours you bill, you raise will be 3% of your annual salary, and your holiday bonus is 1-weeks pay. From what I understand, most first year associates make $50,000/ year, 12k less than most DA offices.

Pay is as cheap as it gets, if you like living on Ramen noodles and drinking sink water for your budget then this is your new home. Horrible management and cutting corners. They tack on as many tasks to one person as possible to save money, if you speak up then they act like forest Gump and have no clue what you're talking about. Co workers are as clique and shady like from the movie Mean Girls or from a high school freak show. Hard workers are barely acknowledged and compensated. Usually goes to the brown nosers and cliques. Work and schedule is unbalanced and your doom to be a goosebumps puppet is inevitable. Place smells like a strip club from the 90s plus glade, so very unprofessional. Not sure if the management /bosses / hr are sure how to run a company and keep workers happy, they just seem to care about how fat their pockets get and how much champagne they pop in bed.
