Pros

The best part about it is the cycling. You get to be outdoors and the jobs allows you to explore parts of the city you'd not normally see. Dispatcher and sales rep at QMS are friendly. When you work is up to you since you basically work for yourself.

Cons

The pay. There's no minimum guarantee that other companies have (like Canbec, QA, and more). Some days when it's quiet you'll make $30 - $50 over 8 hours. Therefore the turnover rate is pretty high. Management doesn't value employees, messengers or others alike it seems. The nature of the business is stressful, so hearing someone lose their temper isn't uncommon. The whole industry just seems bad, to be honest.
