Culture is poor. The new culture and people Manager seems more interested in herself. Managers are not willing to listen to their staff. The business has grown too fast and has lost their boutique feel.

- Complete disregard, and quite frankly negligent behaviour from members of the senior level staff about the bullying culture that is bred within the work-space. - Lack of due diligence to take into account proper standard of care to lower level staff, or train them correctly in order for them to feel like they can operate within a safe environment. Various senior employee's display regular nepotism and will make constant culturally inappropriate remarks, resulting in an unsafe work environment and a huge staff turn-over. Would NOT recommend working here until there is internal restructuring.
