Bullying culture, never rewarded but constantly slated. Hours are based on whether you are liked. There are no benefits apart from what they have to give

None- the only thing that made it worth coming to work was my coworkers

Cons

Constant CCTV surveillance, terrible disciplinary procedures, cannot keep staff in role so it's a revolving door and stressful environment
