*Best place to get your foot in the door in telcom *Flexible hours *Relaxed work environment *HR easy to talk to *healthcare can be free * some of the best project managers ive worked with

Cons

*certain manager is special... And they treat them that way. * low pay for the industry but makes up for the flexability for students or recent grads *sometimes the work flow is low

Overall, A Pretty Good Company...

More control of your schedule than most any other place. Pretty laid back atmosphere. Management seems approachable on most subjects.

Cons

Unfortunately, the pay is inadequate to meet the ever-rising cost of living.
