      Amazing ONLY if you never stand up for yourself

      Good benefits and some amazing people

      Cons

      No work life balance, office politics and cliques keep you in your position. If you challenge something that is wrong, inappropriate, or illegal, you’ll be terminated. If they can’t find a legal reason such as insubordination or time and attendance issues they will simply say they are eliminating your job.

      Pros

      Pretty cool experiences. Working with a lot of major league teams and high profile events.

      Cons

      The absolute worst benefits I’ve ever had at any place of employment. Management really doesn’t care about anyone. If you disagree with anything they will with out a doubt chew you out and tell you to just quit if you aren’t on board.

      Great values, great products, decent coworkers.

      Cons

      They simply do not want to pay their fireworks employees. This is the hardest job in the company. Nature is our restroom.
