      Pros

      Exponential growth for a small company. They have a system to rework similar products, with a few changes to stay ahead. This approach has worked quite well for them. Only a few real innovations.

      Cons

      Throwing people under the bus is a common saying at this company. It is a saying admired by management. Competition between employees is common. There is little unity among or within departments. A stressful work environment.

      Pros

      Best reason to work here are the flexible hours. Not really much on the pro side. If you don't want a raise or promotion, then you will fit in.

      Cons

      There seems to be no management, they have an un qualified HR running things. No room to grow, getting a raise is impossible unless you're friends with HR. Employees are hired with no experience because of who they know.

      Not too bad. Taking lunch breaks was great. Going home early was awesome.

      Cons

      Goin in on Monday was hell. Weeks could be hard sometimes. Politics were rotten.
