      Company fired and hired on daily basis.

      Pros

      You get salary on time and also give you good hick if they need you.

      Cons

      There fired and hired on a daily basis. They have a bunch of Hr recruitment team to hire people. If your project completed or dropped, the alarm is on without notice they fired you and give you some excuse. Please don't go with rating it's completely manipulative. It is all Hr strategy. My advice to you doesn't join if you have an option.

      Humiliating... Pathetic... Disgusting... you name it...

      Join this company if you can not find job anywhere else in world but you need money

      Cons

      Too many... You will be deployed to some client where you will be asked to work as Slave or worse. You will be humiliated by clients daily... Puresoftware will do nothing.... You have to spend 9 hours in office.. time you spend in washroom is not included in it because washroom is outside office premises. pathetic worst company for girls... too much politics... No job security... you can be fired any day without notice DO NOT FALL IN TRAP OF GOOD SALARY. 10 LAKH YEAR SALARY IS BETTER THAN 25 LAKH TWO MONTHS SALARY DO NOT RUIN YOUR CAREER YOUR LIFE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

      Vegetable Shop

      You can demand 100% increment on joining

      This company will consider you only like a Vegetable. If their customer selects you then they will ask you for your price. As soon as customer does not want you then for them you are a waste for them. They will not wait for a second to through you in garbage. CTO acts like some gang boss who can fire you any day he wants and will ask HR to relieve you on the same day and HR have no choice but to obey him because this is just what they are paid here for. HRs are just puppets here. Sorry paid puppets. I witnessed few ex employees who went to court against this company because that is the only language these people understand. if you are planning to join this company then make sure you have a good lawyer in contact because you will need it later
