      Nothing. Except that the people you work with are nice and nothing else

      1. The founders are absolutely clueless and keep changing what they actually want to build. 2. In a development trap burning investors money 3. Horrible HR and work culture, where only corporate slaves will survive 4. Say no to anything, and you will be kicked out 5. No ethics or moral code and absolutely nothing to learn, as founders need babysitting themselves

The claims about “corporate slaves,” retaliation for speaking up, and a lack of ethics are untrue — we maintain a professional, respectful workplace where performance and collaboration are valued.

      They hire skilled developers and team is good.

      Cons

      Management is the worst. They treat employees as objects. When it comes to pf and insurances they don't have any such thing. There is no clarity of product.they expect you to work 24x7. They is very less women representation.
