Don't live their values, just have them plastered on the walls All talk no trousers when it comes to recognition and development Senior team happy to talk about colleagues badly behind their back Some characters allowed to run riot because "that's just how they are" Horrific "consultants" vs "people who don't make the company money" culture encouraged by the senior team No diversity at all
