I operate the phone lines at Pure Local Business Directory. They primilary process clients via email so the phone support is limited to voicemail responses etc.

Cons

Limited human interaction with clients on the phone.

I was on the pure local bysiness directory for only a short while after leaving yp and consulting for true local. While the pay at yp was 10% more I preferred the chilled mantra at purelocal working on core Wordpress based infrastructure for purelocal.com.au , they put their listed businesses before profits and are growing at a rapid pace , I have seen their internal metrics but due to privacy I cannot disclose

Cons

Other business directories were bothersome and anti competitive which increased my workload at purelocal during my time there
