      Pros

      The two towering strengths of the company are the ability of senior leadership to identify 'winning' programs and the technical team's capability to deliver. The company culture is incredibly supportive and fun.

      Cons

      Small companies demand accountability. Everyone gets credit for their successes and failures.

      Pros

      Had some fun events (aka food) for random occasions like Chinese New Year and Pi Day People are generally very nice and courteous to one another

      Cons

      No room for growth if you're at the bottom and no one really recognizes the little people. Middle and top levels just keep moving up. Hard to take on new roles and grow because they just want the little people to do their sole task 24/7
