Cant talk about compensation at all which isn’t illegal. They won’t pay you what your worth. Culture is great when you first start then you realize it’s super fake and start to get tired of faking it with them. This job will literally become your life around the clock and you will get paid a minimum salary in California to avoid paying you any overtime. Once you stop working for them you are talked about in a negative light. They’ll give you compensation packages they don’t keep up with so if you don’t say anything you won’t get paid on it.

Roger, the CEO is not what he portrays himself to be online. He’s transphobic, abusive and a ticking time bomb. He yells at his employees he doesnt favor, he says to get rid of them, and terminates employees if he doesn’t like you. He gets way too high to the point where he is aggressive and volatile, like a drunk. It’s a very cliquey environment and full of nepotism. The company doesn’t value employees.
