Pros

The hospital is small and the people are friendly.

Cons

The current owners have made negative changes, all in the name of profit. They replaced all the old administration staff with their staff. Nurses are expected to, not only care for patients but clean rooms, take out the trash, draw their own labs, take the blood to the lab and do our own EKG's. We are often flexed off leaving us short staff.
