Pros

You feel more like family than employee. They go out of their way to make you feel valued as an employee. I'm going to absolutely miss working for this company.

Cons

Lower pay that other tech jobs, but that is more of an MSP industry standard issue then Prototype IT issue.

Pros

Great place to get started in IT with little or no experience. Culture makes you feel somewhat like family at times.

Cons

The pay and benefits are well below average. You work very hard under strict management with no room for career advancement. Management stacks multiple jobs on you and expect you to be comfortable with it for very low pay.

Pros

Excellent work environment and company culture. The CEO and upper management are the best I've ever had the privilege of working with. You are more like family instead of just a number, at any position.

Cons

I can only come up with the benefit options, but that is more of a Healthcare problem and the fact that this is an SMB with under 100 employees.
