1. Management never focus on getting new project and new training and learning of employee 2. Salary not as per company standards. 3. Notice period 90 days even KT can be done in 1 week. 4. Wasting resource knowledge. 5. For hiring they require immediate joiner but they never release anyone before 90 days.

- Company of only freshers and interns. less number of experienced people. - Centralization of management and lacking of hierarchy. - Not employee friendly. - Too much of expectations from junior people regardless of their experience. - Too much diversification in technology. Not recommended for career growth. - Very less opportunities for oversees. - Lack of processes and use of it. - Very less attention towards employee retention. - Company may be growing but employees are still seeking the growth.
