Pros

I've met some great people who, unfortunately, have come and gone quickly. I have also learned to do more research before joining an organization.

Cons

It's difficult to describe the challenges without sounding like a disgruntled employee but that is not the case. I am not disgruntled. I just prefer to work with a professional and ethical management team. I have general complaints about management simply because no situation is perfect. I expect and can live with that. However, I cannot accept management that treats employees with such disrespect. And I will not be associated with a "leader" who asks me to do something unethical because it will benefit his efforts. Unfortunately, the leader at Protivix has created a toxic environment by setting people up for failure and micromanaging them in an unbelievable way.

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. When you are building a growing consultancy, it can be hard to find the perfect balance in managing junior and senior resources, however, we do believe in empowering our employees to manage their day. Protivix only operates in the highest of Integrity so I am sorry that you did not get to experience that. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.

Pros

The offices are somewhat nice and modern.

Cons

There is a lack of trust from the leadership team. They don't trust their employees to do the job they were hired for. There is also no transparency and promises are often broken. They foster a culture of fear in the office. Everyone always thinks they're about to get fired. The turnover is horrendous. At this point the company is just spinning their wheels.

The Protivix culture embodies today’s entrepreneurial spirit. We’re a workforce of forward-thinking, hands-on individuals representing varied experience levels and cultural backgrounds, all passionately driven to a common goal: growing and learning. Our employees are encouraged to share in our synergistic culture of customer service, innovation, disruption and continuous improvement. Sometimes folks who come from long term Corporate Backgrounds struggle in our environment. They may require a higher level of daily management than we can offer and are not accustom to an environment of personal accountability. We work at a very fast pace and at very high levels of performance and I suspect those challenged to keep pace could feel insecure or threatened. That is certainly not our intent. We certainly appreciate feedback, it helps us to continue to to foster our environment of growing, learning, and continuous improvement.

Pros

The truth is openly displayed on Glassdoor for prospective employees, clients, and partners to openly avoid Protivix. If fooled, you will get an advanced course in poor business practice directly from the CEO.

Cons

The art of cronyism is strong here, and this has caused a stroking of the CEOs ego even when his ideas are completely detrimental to the employees and business as a whole. The CEO is the true embodiment of a self aggrandizing, ignorant businessman. Lies, lack of business intelligence, and arrogance are wielded daily by the CEO with clients and employees equally. Armed with robust bravado he believes he always knows best and leaves a swath of destruction in his wake. Employees are expendable assets to be overworked, under appreciated, and repeatedly abused. This company is borderline criminal and shouldn’t be allowed to continue for the sake of all.
