      It is a typical Indian shop with a slave mentality from the owner/management.

      Pros

      - Great Benefits - Great PTO /Vacation structure =monthly PTO accural is 12 hrs - Plus Holidays and all State Holidays off - Everyone receives a Yearly small raise & small bonus pretty much without a review

      Cons

      - Absolutely NO management, direction or guidance - Owners are from India so the office & facilities are like a 3rd world country - They pay the bare bones - They expect you to work long hours - They have this time keeper system, everyone is on it no matter who you are - if you are not active on your computer for 4 minutes it goes inactive and you have to say what you were doing - About 95% of employees are from India (which can also be a Pro) -The Owners are absent alot

      Able to take time off when you need it.

      Where do I begin?!?!? Protech is an Indian-run company with over 90% of the employees being Indian as well. They don't seem to care about the customers that are paying them for a service at all. Tickets with issues reported by the customer are not resolved in a timely manner. When things do get "fixed" they are never truly fixed. It's very frustrating for employees who actually do care about the customer and want to make sure the customer is taken care of.
