      Wouldn't know !!!!! Didn't give me a chance to enter even the twenty words needed on this sub heading

      Arrived on my first day at the Edmonton office to be told my services were now not required and I wasn't a fit for the company. I had moved hell and high water to work with them and then...... poof........ gone with less than ten minutes of starting Work......... shocking and disgusting treatment of someone who was so enthusiastic to join them

      pay and benefits were decent and the job itself was good when there was time to do the job.

      Cons

      Always understaffed...Unrealistic expectations to provide coverage for others and complete assigned priorities The main goal wasn't helping clients, it was bringing them in for service to meet contract expectations-(clients were numbers) Heavy workload, not enough time to complete priorities without staying late or taking work home. rude and judgemental supervisor - micromanaged- lacked trust - condescending, always critical and negative-would use bullyish /interrogative style Too Many Meetings Poor leadership - direction was always ambiguous or a secret Director is unapproachable and unfriendly with frontline staff

      Pros Friendly staff, great benefits, rewarding experience with clients and immediate supervisor; personal days; 3 weeks vacation, artwork, and extra activities outside of work. Team building activities.

      Cons

      Poor support of staff who work hard. Lack of appreciation. Poor work environment. Lack of policy enforcement. Micromanagement.
