Pros
Some of the most intensive and I hope successful training I’ve ever had. I went from serving coffee to sitting with the director of recruitment for one of the biggest medical companies in the world within 3 months. I wouldn’t be doing what I do now if it wasn’t for the investment that prospect were willing to make in me and the focus that was given to my development as an individual rather just an employee. After training, the level of autonomy is undoubtedly one of the best things about the job, whilst you are duly supported when it’s needed you are encouraged to solve problems and create opportunities for yourself, running your desk as if it were your own. The incentives and commissions are excellent and allowed me to make serious money from the second I completed my training period.
Cons
Less of a con more of a consideration; it takes graft, honest graft. the long hours are worth it if you listen to the support given to you and have the wherewithal to motivate yourself. If you want an easy ride work in the public sector.
