      Pros

      Excellent flexible working environment. Given all the tools to make it a success. Family friendly and you are given every opportunity to deliver wherever you feel you can make a difference and a profit.

      Cons

      Not enough structured support. Too reliant on someone being capable rather than assisting to develop further.

      sector knowledge and market connections are unrivaled by our competitors with a very personable touch, excellent reputation and continued repeat business in a busy environment

      Can be long hours sometimes but that is the nature of recruiting in such a specialist area the IT Security market is a tough one
