      Pros

      The office is nice and clean.

      Cons

      The owner is involved remotely in day to day events and doesn't trust his employees to run the show. Every time owner comes in from out of town there are "lay offs", although there usually no downturn in work. Fear of losing your job, a constant reality- especially if you're a woman. This affects the work culture tremendously.

      The only pro that I can think of is that I have Sundays off.

      Cons

      I feel that there should be equal pay amongst employees. It makes no sense that the Inspectors get paid $8.50 p/h and everyone else $12 and up. What one person makes in a week, Inspectors make in 3 weeks. In other words, I'll make $300 a week and the person three machines down from me can make over $1000 a week. I also feel that we need an opportunity to grow in the company.
