The biggest pro for me probably isn't what most people would expect. My journey at Prophet Homes has not been easy. In fact, it has been one of the most challenging professional experiences I've had. I came in expecting immediate wins and rapid success, and my experience hasn't matched those expectations. What has stood out, though, is the level of support I've received every step of the way. From my peers and managers to the President of the company, I've consistently felt encouraged, coached, and genuinely cared for. Everyone wants to see you succeed, and that kind of investment in people is rare. I honestly don't think it's something you find at most companies. At Prophet Homes, you're challenged to grow beyond your comfort zone. The company doesn't just focus on its own success; it invests in developing you because they believe your life can change if you're willing to show up consistently, put in the work, and refuse to give up. That mindset has been one of the most valuable parts of my experience here.
Cons
This role isn't for everyone. The income can be unpredictable, especially while you're building your business, so come prepared with a healthy savings account, a part-time source of income, or a lot of faith. Success here takes time, consistency, resilience, and the ability to keep going even when results aren't immediate. If you're looking for a guaranteed paycheck or quick wins, this probably isn't the right fit. But if you're willing to embrace the challenge and put in the work, the opportunity is there.
