      1) A lot of events to attend where good exposure to rub shoulder with the best in the property industry

      Cons

      1)Turnover high due to no confirmation . Even some staff only got confirmation after 2 yrs service 2)OT is at RM10.00 / hr flat irrespective of salary

      Pantry is always replenished with Milo, coffee and biscuits

      Cons

      Managing director has no sense of branding and leadership. Expects employees to work overtime everyday without overtime pay. Offers 'promotion' without a pay rise. No clear SOPs.
