      Pros

      Pay is good, benefits are decent, it has been an improvement with new addition in the HR department,

      Cons

      Three payed holidays, expectations are a 50-55hr week not 40, executive management more concerned with saving a dollar from hourly employees than retaining (set up pay structure in that no raises after 2 years, most leave if they make it that long), turnover company wide above 50%, benefits for hourly are horrible

      Pros

      Used to be a pleasant team environment shortly after opening.

      Cons

      No longer a friendly or pleasant environment. After several changes in management, the atmosphere has become very militaristic with no further compensation. More work, same money. Do or die. Many employees are dangerous and unruly.

      Pros

      Pay was ok with a few raises to get up to better pay. Easy job with the right equipment.

      Cons

      Not Monday - Friday like they said. Went to the interview and was told i would be working weekends. The deal breaker was they didn't have a yard goat. So using a day cab to the work in 115 degree Heath in Az..No thanks.
