Pros

free parking and great downtown location.

Cons

Very strict pto policy for new hires- you only get 9 days your first year. hr department and leadership definitely play favorites and are all slaves to the two leaders. None of the leaders are good people managers. good work rarely gets rewarded. no one is promoted unless the business absolutely needs it (someone quits or is fired). goals, struggles, state of agency rarely communicated to staff. Benefits get progressively worse every year Pay is very low for entry level employees. If you're coming in as a coordinator, expect to barely scrape by financially while devoting 50-60 hours per week to working. account services and media rely heavily on the underlings doing all the grunt work and have no real desire to develop you professionally. Very high turnover in media and account services. Creative starts drinking every day at 3pm while other departments are working till 9 or 10 at night. The branding and culture rely heavily on alcohol being the backbone of who they are. President is a functioning alcoholic that is seen drinking in the office whenever he is there.

Pros

Downtown location, free parking, nice roof deck

Cons

The Account Management department is best described as a hostile work environment. Leadership rules by intimidation, rewards team members willing to work 24-7 regardless of the turnover under them and pushes out team members who ask too many questions or attempt to form their own opinions. "Yes" people are promoted whether or not their skill set warrants the title, but job descriptions rarely change. You do what you're told, don't dare have a life outside of work (or even attempt to take a vacation without checking email and voicemail as that's against company policy) or you're out.
