      Poor management

      Pros

      Fast-paced environment, which makes time go by fast. You will learn a lot. The CEO truly has an open door policy.

      Cons

      There is no work-life balance and your schedule has to be flexible. There is a lot of favoritism and if you do not fit in with their style, you will not be accepted. There is also a lot of gossiping, surprisingly by management, makes you think if they truly take confidential information serious.
