-No internal promotion. Even when better vacancies appear, hiring external people is often preferred.
-There are a few inexperienced managers who could show more empathy towards their subordinates.
-Engineering teams get a special treatment and much better perks, sometimes even superior to management.
-Salaries are very low for the industry and Barcelona cost of living.
-You get a Windows or a Mac computer depending on your position and seniority, which isn't quite fair.
-CEOs and upper management are quite disconnected from the rest of employees, there isn't a communication with them, and it even feels like it's better that you don't talk to them at all.
