Pros

Some staff are truly committed to good client care

Cons

The Promises corporate CEO, Kirk Kureska, is a fake and a liar, and has inappropriate, personal relationships with company female employees. The corporate admissions department is dishonest when soliciting patients, don't believe anything they tell you. The corporate management only care about the money, they do not support the treatment centers that make up the corporation. They do not place value on client care and safety as a priority.
