Business outlook
Pros
People work very hard and care about their patients, patient’s family and their coworkers. We continually try to give quality care and improve our practice. Mid-level support (Admin Asst, etc) work very hard as well to support their managers.
Cons
Corporate decisions are spontaneous and reckless, overall costing the company huge dollars. There is no transparency, they do not value their human capital at all. Local admins company-wide Just have to regurgitate the latest “roll out” that they themselves do not believe in.
