      Pros

      Employees can learn new technologies. Employees are more friendly and Hard workers. While leaving this company every one can achieve a better experience and can handle any kind of pressure.

      Cons

      Mainly focus on business development. Will not follow any ethics for people even they worked in Hard times. Will not take care of any employee at emergency situation even they work from home and on public holidays as well. Very less salaries for more work. Higher authorities(only one ) are money minded and cunning attitude people. Worst HR team ever.

      1.People who are ready to work on different Technologies in PHP this is the company better place for that..! 2.Good Working Environment. 3.Good Employee communication, some people who are working from long having their ugly attitude but finally the above average employees are very cooperative. 4.Salaries compared to other companies are may be less but paid to employees time to time with out any hesitation. 5.who are looking for the more hike on salaries this is not suggestible.

      Cons

      1.You must have hands on experience to work on different Technologies and frameworks. 2.You must have competitive spirit to work. Why because people who are working here have good knowledge on their work .
