      There nothing good I could say.

      Cons

      The owner very mean, curses employees and has no respect for anyone. They don't have direct deposit holds on to your check until end of day. Never pays his vendors on time. A complete mad house.

      Pros

      I cannot name one "pro" for working for Promaxima.

      Cons

      The work environment is very oppressive. Micro management every where you turn. Freight rates are way to high, and products are overpriced. No insurance for 3 months, no 401K, no direct deposit of your checks, and they never pay you the correct commissions. Bob will split your sales with the outside salesmen to make sure you don't make your commision ! They will curse you for no good reason.

      Pros

      It was like working for Ebenezer Scrooge himself! I have never met anyone as mean, condescending and hateful as this man. I cannot begin to understand how a person that owns a company and makes as much money as he does, can be so ignorant. He does not have a computer in his office and sends all of his emails through his cell phone which he has to have someone else do for him. How do you run a business like that?

      Cons

      Everything about this company is a joke. No direct deposit, holds checks until after the weekend if payday falls during the weekend. Medical insurance is a joke. Working environment is mentally abusive. You will work and work and work and it will never be enough. No room to ever move up. Be prepared to be the butt of jokes and be embarrassed when Bob calls you out in front of other employees.
