Solid level of Transparency and a good framework of people from Management down that actually checked in on each other to see how work and the working experience could be improved.
Cons
Getting purchased by Blizzard, while a logistical necessity, sparked a significant change in the vibe. I blame Blizzard more than Proletariat leadership, but things were definitely different afterwards.
