      Pros

      If you enjoy the rules and regulations of secondary education then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Lacks direction, deluded about people skills some professional mannerism is insincere, passive-aggressive and spineless. The culture is silently hostile, toxic, contradictory, inaccurate and indirect. Most of the colleagues live work in fear by subjecting themselves to an unhealthy work-life balance. Office space is tiny and works consists of whatever the company can get their hands on and not necessarily what you are hired to do. They also tend to sell ice to Eskimos which is quite disturbing to witness.

      Working at Projects By IF has been a great career move for me

      Pros

      I’ve learnt loads in the year since I started at IF, about all things data and AI. I really enjoy working in such an emerging space for a young and dynamic organisation. IF has given me the opportunity to go out of my comfort zone, try new things and develop my own views on how AI and big data is shaping our lives and the distribution of power in society. From working here, I've identified a sector and career path that I wouldn't have necessarily considered before.

      Cons

      It's not always easy working in a relatively new business, that changes almost every week, but I enjoy the challenge.

      Pros

      -Everyone who works there is smart and good at their job -There is a strong ethical sense of purpose -You're no micromanaged, you get a lot of autonomy and there are lots of break-out spaces to work in -Good sense of work-life balance, staff aren't overworked -Lots of team-bonding activities -Beautiful offices in Somerset House -Growing company, lots of opportunities to learn and develop career

      Cons

      Honestly, I can't think of any. I returned to being freelance but still do remote work for the company.
