-Interesting variety of projects and clients. -Good flexibility for employees, remote/hybrid arrangements, flexi schedules for working parent etc. -Great culture, friendly and collaborative team, focus on growth and development. -Strong mission and values. -Strong plans for company growth -Genuinely nice team, people and working environment
Cons
-High workload, pressure and lack of procedures do not support the most efficient ways of working. -Workload is sometimes not fairly distributed. -Resources/technical support in focus areas is sometimes limited. -More Training and support of junior engineers in needed -Training is very ad-hoc and not actively managed -Employee benefits are basic and not competitive
