      Pros

      Excellent place to work. I love the weekly paycheck and the wages are very fair . Great health benefits and profit sharing. We have a very down to earth human resources department and management team. Our company cookouts and Christmas party always has great food and wonderful gifts.

      Cons

      I did not like the old attendance policy. However, our new attendance policy is very fair.

      Pros

      They say they treat employees like family and they do. They treat they like 3 rd class step children.

      Cons

      Work ethic and quality of work do not matter as much as who has t he owners ear. The owner runs this company like al davis did the raiders afterbthey already won the super bowl.
