      Pros

      Comparatively good tech stack. good place to get industry experience.

      Cons

      work load is very high. had to work till dawn. lot of work after office hours.but they pay for the extra hours. no bonus or extra allowances

      Low-Pay, Night stay, it's not the way

      Pros

      This used to be a better place now. It's even worse with the new changes they are constantly making. Salary paid on time

      Cons

      - Low Pay - NO WORK - LIFE BALANCE. One particular individual works late hours and expects the rest to do the same(does not say it out loud but the work load speaks for it-self). - VERY HIGH employee turn over - Job roles are not clearly defined.
