There is not advantage of working here. The big buildings just have the poorest office culture and work ethics.
Cons
Crude policies and toxic environment. The treat associate and mid level employees like dogs. No perks for them. Zero consideration towards the mental health or family conditions of employees. Some policies are so illogical - they just dont make any sense. HR have zero sense of consideration towards what employees have to say. Employees either resign or are terminated almost everyday. Rudest and inconsiderate top management except for two or three people.
