Please check the photos section for proof below. 1. Continuous salary delays from last 6 months. The issue in salary delay was started in the month of August 2022 but it was by monthly issue. As I’m writing this feedback, we haven’t received the March month salary. From the month of January salary is not paid on last day of the month, there is not a fixed date. If we are lucky, we might get the salary on 10th or 15th else we must wait for indefinite duration. If you ask anyone in HR department about salary, they don’t have any idea about salary. 2. As an employee in this company current situation is very stressful and many people wanted to move from this organisation, but unfortunately, they cannot submit the resignation in the system. The resignation port has been locked just to stop the bulk of employees to resign. Only option is dropping mail and that has to approve by the management. 3. If any employee asks questions about the salary issue or about the company, that employee will later cornered and framed into an issue where he was not been a part at all. I have witnessed such cheap behavior myself here. 4. If there is an option to give (-ive) star rating I would have given that too. Since the lowest is 1 start rating there is no other option. Personally I would never recommend this company to any one.
