Pros

Many of the things that attracted me to Profiles were staff members that were smart, showed strong leadership, and were very savvy in the digital marketing space. This has changed so much in the past year I cannot even begin to describe it.

Cons

Their are four offices but less than 15 employees between the 4! No upward growth or opportunity to stay. Toxic environment fueled by some employees that should have been let go.

Pros

There’s a few pros to the organization. Profiles has fantastic benefit fora company of its side, the best tools and technology to do your job and it’s completely remote.

Cons

It’s very clicky and not a great working environment. There are employees who have been there with the company a long time who are less than welcoming, mean and not supportive to new hires. The ideas and strategy for the company seem to come more from the marketing director instead of sales and recruiters who are driving business. Additionally, the company seems to struggle with employee retention. This is because of marketing and owner running the company instead of Leaders who produce and have actually done the job in staffing.

Pros

The people! We had some great Recruiters and Business Development personnel that went above and beyond. The job! It is SO rewarding being able to help job seekers and to have incoming requisitions, almost always with the support of the hard-working BDMs. The customers! We got to work with some really great clients and talent.

Cons

The pay! You are over-worked and under-paid. You will not be valued here or praised for your efforts. Leadership! Profiles claims that they are open to suggestions, improvements to processes, and ideas - however, this is not true! They micro manage at every level and do not give their employees a voice. There is so much opportunity with this company but Leadership is really the problem. In their perfect world, you will have no work/life balance, will never speak up or address problems, and will make Profiles your entire life. Leadership is extremely unprofessional at times and they get away with it because of their tenure, which is totally not ok. If you're looking to go back to high school, I suggest you come work here.
