      This is the best company to work for they offer a flexible schedule as long as you work 40 hours between the hours of 8am and 7pm. The commission is awesome and the base pay is decent. The owners are always having contest to win extra money throughout the month as well free lunches. They recognize you on your birthday and anniversary with a gift as well. They are compassionate an willing to work with you as long as you are doing your job! This has by far been my favorite job I love working here and look forward to coming to work each day!!

      I liked the fact that we worked as a team. We became close as family.

      Cons

      Not enough hours given to part-timers. No opportunity for advancement or the abiltity to try new things. I was laid off because department didn't generate enough revenue.
