      Pros

      The best part of this job for me was the traveling & all the places I got to see. As a photographer, I walked away from this job with a photo album of great memories of all the new places I got to see.

      Cons

      The worst part about this job was the pay & the fact that you had to use your own money for expenses & had to wait forever to get reimbursed.

      Plenty of work,very detailed orientation no guessing about what to do,job is straight forward and to the point, no games or nonsense

      Cons

      Co workers are a very unique bunch,they will leave you to figure things out on your own , if you don't have patients dealing with nuts this won't work for you

      Pros

      Fair amount of work for the employees Very friendly atmosphere among the workers Good environment for those who like call center jobs, most of their customers were very easy to communicate with.

      Cons

      Judgement/criticism from upper management Training is okay.. they say something, but expect different outcomes sometimes. Very bad communication from all ends, Management doesn't work with the employees, rather against them. Calls aren't recorded
