In order for us to receive open and honest feedback we distribute surveys via email blasts which employees, at their own discretion, can anonymously respond to. Since we are an outsourcing company the wages we offer our employees are priced at a lower market level to that of an employee working directly for a technical industry organization. However, we offer variable pay and changes will be made to our compensation strategy in the near future. End of the year bonuses were based on company performance in the years prior, this year they will be based on individual performance with our Performance Management Program.
