      The company thrives on a few key individuals that are trustworthy and great colleagues

      Cons

      CEO has no idea what he's doing. Exploiting hardworking people, contradictory decision taking, constantly delaying expense and invoice settlements. Get promises on paper!

      Pros

      We should be selling cutting edge technology... Nevertheless, some very good Solutions in Healthcare.

      Cons

      Run by "the family" who owns the company. They decide everything, once you become too important/influential they get rid of you. Always an issue to get your commissions paid, they negotiate again what has already contractually been defined...

      Pros

      The nice thing is that atmosphere amongst colleagues is quite alright. Most people are hard working and give themselves a 100%. It is nice to work on big projects in well-known companies.

      Cons

      However a lot of change of staff because management do not care about people and management do not have a vision at all. Either people leave after a while or are kicked out if they have an own opinion.
