Crazy leave policy with working saturdays (two saturdays off). Have anybody heard of Festival holiday in a leave policy? Management expects employees to work on holidays (but optional).

Management does not care on retain employee. Check their PF employee list, very high attrition rate. Typically, employees stay here for maximum of 2yrs and move on.
