      People other than leads are fine

      1. If you think your POV matters. You are mistaken. 2. Flexibility-freedom there is none. You have to spend fixed 9 hours in office. One can't be even a single min late coming to office. 3. Mirco Management at its peak. 4. Sometimes leads become so rude to you, one can feel like a slave. 5. They are paying for 9 hours so they'll make sure you work for 9 hours by hook or by crook 6. Sometimes feels like school. Strictness, management, actions feels like it's a punishment that you joined
