Pros
The company checks the boxes in everything I look for in a company. It still has a caring culture grown out of its family based roots. Yet management continues to strive to make the company a more professionally run business.
Cons
The transition from a small to large business comes with a lot of change management. This is always hard on everybody.

Pros
- Good company, good boss in Montreal, 99% good people.
Cons
- The company sometimes keeps employees who are totally incompetent, useless and disrespectful. Some managers don't manage at all, and promise to "manage a situation", but do nothing. As a result, the best employees leave to find better work elsewhere. The risk is a sharp deterioration in the working atmosphere and conditions. (I lefts after a few years because of new hires giving me more work and lack of opportunities and raises...)
