One big dumpster fire

Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive to say.

Cons

This place deteriorates your mental health, gives you constant exhaustion and gaslights you. I feel it’s so important to be transparent about my experience at this place. Imagine having management constantly making their employees question their self worth. It’s looked down upon to have a life outside of this job. You are criticized for taking a lunch break, not staying late or coming in on the weekends. The turnover rate is about 80%. Never in my life have I been a part of a company that is so manipulative and controlling. It felt like Dictator was managing you. You can’t express your opinions or concerns. They will quickly shut you down and threaten to fire you. If I can take away anything from this company it’s to never work for a company as toxic as this one.

Pros

It can be a good place to start if you need something on your resume, just don't plan on staying longer than a few months.

Cons

They were misleading on pay, complete lack of work life balance, played favorites, and leadership lacked people skills/ emotional intelligence. Please do not review them until you have worked there for at least 6 months. The rating they currently have is wildly misleading. Everyone is asked to leave a 5 star rating shortly after joining the company, most people do because they want to be a "team player." After the excitement of having a new job wears off, it becomes clear that they have over promised and under delivered. After one bad review, they will have falsely put up several 5 star ones to bury the bad.

Pros

You will work with amazing people and develop friendships fast.

Cons

Please stay FAR away from Procession Systems, it's a trap. You will start here full of optimism only to be eventually severely disappointed. Leadership does NOT care about you and they will pretend to be. You will hear "opportunity for growth" and "more money in your pocket" all the time and it's all a lie. You will be gaslit, worked to death, and be pushed to complete mental exhaustion. While not required, longer hours and weekend work are highly suggested and you will be praised for it. Joe runs this company as a dictatorship and routinely demands and asks for loyalty and to be "bought in". He states frequently that if you are not bought in, you will be replaced and the company will move on. There is rampant favoritism and certain employees are spoon fed to be successful. If you are not in the favorites, you work will be less than ideal. Members of leadership are never on the same page and the few pros of this company are new leadership members trying to make change while fighting significant pushback from senior leadership. Salaries are lower than average and raises are insignificant. They stress incentives which only occur in-frequently and every two months. You will be fed with empty promises and fake excuses. Remote work is treated as a privilege and leadership does not trust remote work. Leadership views remote flexibility as a day to slack off and not work to your full potential. Leadership covered up a COVID case in the office and directly told people closest to the individual to not tell other employees. They do not care about your health and only care about your production. The two sides of the business are rarely in sync and it is clear one side of the business is a protected class. One side has almost zero accountability while the other side is expected and pressured to produce without tools for success. Again, please stay far away from Procession Systems and gain your experience elsewhere. There is more money elsewhere.
