Thank you for your feedback, every suggestion to improve our company is taken into consideration. We appreciate your review of our strenghts and we make it a priority to communicate regularly our vision with our employees . We hold every year a full day session to communicate our strategy. We also have quaterly meetings with operations to discuss customer projects and important topics. We have launched a Mars mission to better define our core values that a group of employees are finishing this year. We feel also that it is important to identify false statements in reviews of our company. We have never sued or attempted to sue our employees for quitting and it would be against the labor law to do so. Hopefully that comment was just an oversight from the reviewer.

Pros

Good opportunity to learn and ok pay

Cons

Management sure can talk the talk but they can’t walk the walk. Not really any chance for progress. A LOT of turn over.... I will probably be next and certainly not the last. Micromanagement galore and poor vision.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to learn that your experience has not been enjoyable so far. For sure, there was some turn-over in the past few years but if we look at the big picture here, less than 5\% of the workforce left during the last 2 years. In our industry, which is very competitive, that's actually amazing! Turn-over is also part of the reality of any organization. While the firm average 2 digits growth continue to impress in the marketplace, we still are a medium sized firm with 300 employees in the world. Our CEO is active in problem solving, continuous improvement and innovation. Which means the CEO is indeed hands on sometimes since he is dedicated and passionate about his work. Our vision for the next 5 years is ambitious and also thanks to our most recent sucesses, the future looks really good and promising, with several areas for growth, development and fun.

Pros

Good location and some good staff (non management)

Cons

Senior management at Processia talk a lot, but never actually do anything. They also Micromanage every area of the business regardless of whether they actually know what they are doing or not. If you demonstrate any ambition for career development and advancement you will be shunned and told you lack experience, and if you ask for a plan with a timeline for career growth you are told you need to trust the senior management. All the while they do not trust their employees and show them no value. Senior management takes every criticism personally and are extremely emotional and unprofessional when it come to dealing with criticism from employees. They view employee departures as an act of betrayal, and will not refrain from being unprofessional and emotional upon employee resignations. They will be sure to tell you what a grave mistake you are making, how disappointed and angry they are that you are leaving, even after "all" they have done for you. Salaries and benefits at Processia are sub standard to say the least, offering 10 - 15K/ year less than anywhere else in the Montreal area. There justification being employees don't have to travel downtown. In the last 2-3 weeks there has been a mass exodus of employees. The key focus for Management is the bottom line. They refuse to spend money regardless of whether or not it is needed. They will screw employees over on there yearly bonuses if they do not meet their profit margins, then turn around and buy expensive cars and drive them to the office. This company is heading for disaster. Do your self a favour stay away.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Our goal is to continuously provide new opportunities and support the growth of our employees. We feel however that career development is a joined responsibility rather than a “one-fits-all” program with pre-defined plans. Although you didn’t feel this way, we value employee feedbacks and build on it to become every day a better company and retain our best people - because we do care. One of our core values is ambition and you must have mistaken it with arrogance. We are proud of our employees and with their expertise, in the opposite direction to the Hindenburg fall, we will continue our growth path to be the #1 specialized PLM Consulting and System Integrator by 2020.
